Requirements
What this role actually takes
This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who's already been trusted to lead people and knows how to hold a jobsite together.
★
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
You've managed people in the field before — not just worked alongside them. You know how to keep a crew on task and accountable.
↔
Professional communication
You'll interact directly with city engineers and municipal clients. You can represent the company calmly and clearly.
⊙
Class A or B CDL
Required for the role. Don't have one yet? We'll help you get it — but the intention must be there from day one.
◎
Calm under pressure
On-site problems happen. We need someone who solves them without drama — not someone who escalates them.
A typical week
What you'll actually be doing
Concrete. Not vague. Here's what running a crew for us looks like from Monday to Friday.
Monday morning
Drive out, set up the job
You and your crew head to the project city. Hotel is covered. You review the scope, coordinate with the city contact, and get equipment staged.
Tue – Thu on-site
Run the pipe work
Pipeline cleaning, televising, or rehab depending on the contract. You direct the crew, monitor quality, and communicate progress to the client.
Friday afternoon
Home for the weekend
Every weekend home. No exceptions. Project wraps, you drive back to Kearney. Same rhythm, every single week.

What our foreman says
"I take pride in the work we do and the responsibility I've been trusted with. You run your own crew, you make the calls on-site. It's real leadership — and the company backs you up."
