If you’re unsure about this kind of work, give it a try. It’s not what you think, and you might end up loving it like I do.
I take pride in the work we do and the responsibility I’ve been trusted with. It’s a good feeling providing for my family doing honest work.
The company still has that small-business feel. We do work most people don’t even realize needs to be done, and we do it well.
Since joining, I’ve grown a lot. You get support when you need it, and you’re trusted to handle your job.
I’ve built real friendships here. The people make the long days easier, and the company trusts me to run my own crew.
My advice to anyone joining: work hard and don’t be afraid to learn. There’s real opportunity here if you take it.
Don’t prejudge the job. Once you see what we do and the impact we have, you’ll understand why people stay.
The pay is strong, the benefits are solid, and it’s just a great environment to work in. I’ve learned how to work both independently and as part of a team.
